experiment 1: (write the prediction first)
you will hang 200g on your spring scale (see figure below).

From now on, to make the measurements easier, the reading will be in gram only. It is still like measuring a force
since  the mass in grams is proportional to the weight anyway. (You just need to divide by about 100)
